Group rates vary depending on number of rooms, date, and length of stay.
- There is a $500.00 deposit due within 14 day of booking.
- 30-day cancellation policy.
- A Full Hot Breakfast is always included.
- Round trip portage is available for $5.00 per bag round trip and is always optional.
- Complimentary Bus Parking

A $500 deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve the space. All events must be shut down by 10:00 P.M. in compliance with the city noise ordinance.
